This policy explains what Legacy Collision Center collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Legacy Collision Center is a locally owned collision repair and auto body shop at 3900 Monroe Road, Farmington, NM 87401. This policy covers this website only.
What we collect
We collect information in two ways, and only these two:
- Estimate requests. When you submit our estimate form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year, make and model, your description of the damage, and any photos you choose to attach.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address and browser type as part of delivering the site securely. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions and prevent spam.
We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
Photos you upload
Damage photos are stored on our web server and are accessible to our staff so we can prepare your estimate. Please don’t include images containing documents, identification, or anything else you wouldn’t want shared with our team. Only upload photos you have the right to share.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, discuss your repair, and keep a record of our work with you. We may contact you by phone, text, or email about the request you submitted.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with service providers that operate this website and our email on our behalf, with an insurer or third party when you ask us to as part of your repair, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and related photos for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain business and warranty records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we’ll do so unless we’re required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging vehicle repairs. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we’ll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
