Using this site
You’re welcome to use this site to learn about our services and to request an estimate. Please don’t use it to submit false information, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or copy its content for a competing commercial purpose.
Estimates are not quotes
Submitting the estimate form starts a conversation — it doesn’t create a contract, reserve a spot in our schedule, or commit either of us to a price. Any figure we give you before we’ve physically inspected your vehicle is a preliminary assessment based on what you’ve described and shown us.
Collision damage frequently extends past what’s visible in a photo. A binding price comes only from a written estimate after in-person inspection, and supplemental charges may be identified once a vehicle is disassembled.
Warranty
Our Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to qualifying repair work as described in the written warranty documentation we provide with your repair. What qualifies is confirmed in writing before work begins. Descriptions on this website are a summary for convenience — the written warranty you receive is what governs.
Insurance
You have the right to choose your own repair facility. We can work with your insurer, but your policy is an agreement between you and that insurer. We don’t control claim decisions, coverage determinations, or what an insurer chooses to pay.
Content on this site
The text, logos, and design of this site belong to Legacy Collision Center. Service descriptions, hours, and other details are provided in good faith and may change. We work to keep the site accurate but don’t guarantee it’s complete or error-free at every moment.
Photos you submit
By uploading photos you confirm you have the right to share them, and you give us permission to use them for the purpose of assessing and documenting your repair. We won’t use your photos in marketing without asking you first.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by New Mexico law, Legacy Collision Center isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits any right you have under your written repair agreement or under applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
